Brand Ambassador
Brand Ambassadors represent a brand at events, creating positive first impressions and engaging the public. They follow briefs, deliver key messages, hand out samples or leaflets, capture leads when required, and report results. Reliability, confidence, and professional presentation are essential throughout each shift.
Team Leader
Team Leaders manage on-site promo teams, ensuring everyone is briefed, punctual, and delivering the campaign correctly. They liaise with clients, handle stock and set-up, troubleshoot issues, track performance targets, submit reports and photos, and ensure smooth, professional execution throughout the shift.
Event Manager
Event Managers oversee full campaign delivery from planning to onsite execution. They coordinate staffing, logistics, schedules, and client expectations, manage budgets and risk, lead team leaders, resolve escalations, and ensure KPIs are met. They produce post-event reports, insights, and recommendations for improvements.
Hostesses
Hostesses welcome guests, manage check-in, direct attendees, and provide friendly front-of-house support. They maintain a polished appearance, answer questions, assist with cloakroom or seating, support VIPs, and keep areas organised. Strong communication, professionalism, and calm problem-solving are essential.
SIA Security & Stewards
SIA Security and Stewards support safe, well-managed events. They control access, check tickets or wristbands, manage queues and crowd flow, monitor behaviour, respond to incidents, and follow venue procedures. SIA staff handle higher-risk duties, enforcing security protocols and reporting concerns.
Hospitality Staff
Hospitality staff deliver excellent guest service at events, including waiting tables, serving drinks, clearing areas, and maintaining cleanliness. They follow hygiene and service standards, communicate with kitchen or bar teams, and support smooth operations. Professionalism, speed, and a friendly attitude are key.

Do I need a drivers licence
Not necessary, however, if you have a licence, it will enhance your chances for driver roles which pay a bit more
